The following is a letter from very satisfied
out of town customers:
To Whom It May Concern,
Back in March of 2000 we signed a contract with Sunova
Builders to construct a home for us on land we had purchased in the Ranches of
Sonterra. Since we lived on the East Coast at the time and would not be moving
to Ruidoso, NM until after our home was completed we had to have complete faith
and trust in whomever we chose to build our home. Having met with Mac and Paula
Deets several times previously, both my wife and I felt that they were the right
contractors to construct our new home.
Construction on our home was started in July 2000. We were in
constant contact with Mac and Paula via phone calls and e-mail. They also bought
a digital camera so they could send us pictures by e-mail as our house rose from
it’s foundation. During this time and when we came out in Sept, Mac made
numerous suggestions that he felt would make our home even better. Some of these
ideas actually saved us money while making our house even better. Having come
from New York the idea of a contractor trying to save you money is completely
alien.
Our dream home was completed in Jan 2001, right on schedule.
We drove cross country and moved right in. Since then the few minor adjustments
which needed to be made were taken care of by Mac and Paula with no hesitation.
We couldn’t be happier with our new home or our new friends, Mac & Paula Deets.
We highly recommend Sunova Builders to anyone contemplating
building a new home in the Ruidoso or surrounding areas. The difference between
Mac & Paula Deets as opposed to other contractors we have met is that they
really care. The entire building experience was a pleasure.
